Request
1. SCM Reporting Email fix
the email be sent in three separate cases based on the hotel’s country information
-> Since one KR hotel and one VN hotel failed, one email should have been sent to the KR SCM team and one to the VN SCM team.
Additionally, we would like to request temporary monitoring from the development team to re-verify this.
- Delivery Time: 11:30 AM (KR) on the day after the Finance team performs the [Paid] action
- Delivery Content: For all hotels in all countries, please send the “Payment Email Log Request” table image for every Billing No. marked as Paid like #2309
- Delivery Recipient: Zia (hj.han@ohmyhotel.com)
- Monitoring Period: Daily from Nov 17 to Nov 30 (Since each hotel has different settlement cycles)
