Description
When “Paid” is processed on the Vendor Billing screen in the Admin,
an automatic payment confirmation email is sent to the hotel contact based on the Billing No.

Email Template Structure - JP/VN/KR > OK
Recipient > send to Biz ID is ok
* Unable to test case 5b and 5c as currently we are not allow for inputting wrong format in Biz ID.
* If user input incorrect email (typo, missing text but correct format or email), unable to notice to SCM as system just check the format, does not check the email exist/valid or not as requirement.
Unable to test 7 ==> DB just fail to update when wrong code as IT team confirmed. Could not process on Dev as alway success at this moment.
