Please support to revert payment status of this booking to Not Paid.
Reason: Booking is VCC but hotel was unable to charge it due to their Pos machine does not support our VCC, resulting in an unsuccessful transaction. But our system has been recorded payment status as fully paid and VCC status is approved.
According to AC team, this booking need to be settled this morning by another payment method.
I cancelled VCC and changed payment method to postpay as VNAC team request, please revert payment status to not paid URGENTLY
