854153 – Hotel Patio Dogo
Issue: For some plans, rates have not been synchronized to Ellice from September 2, 2025 up to today.
The rates were synchronized correctly until September 1, 2025. However, starting from September 2 onward, the rates are suddenly displayed as JPY 0.
JP Team contacted Neppan Customer Support, they informed us as follows:
“The rates have been updated properly, and no errors or abnormalities were detected on Neppan’s side.
Since Neppan only updates the rates, it is possible that the rates were overwritten to JPY 0 in the OMH management screen after the update.”
