Booking này vẫn còn trong hạn free cancellation đến tháng 9 2025 và đã được cancel vào 18/10/2024 ngay sau thời điểm book nhưng vẫn bị apply full charge. Nhờ team check giúp em với nha ạ.

Could you check if the booking has been cancelled free of charge ?? It looks like the cancellation fee was incorrectly charged for a reservation that was canceled on the same day it was created. Thanks.
