Description
Josh processed a settlement in the Alice admin today around at 5 PM.
Please share a CSV file showing how the logs were recorded for that case.
The data I need should follow the format in this table.

If the logs were not saved, please let me know.
I’m not fully sure how the logs are stored, but please refer to my explanation and share what you can.
If possible, please send it before 4 PM (VN time) today. Thanks in advance.

I have an additional request regarding the billing confirmation email, since there was an actual billing case yesterday.
Regarding the email sent to the SCM team
1. I checked the email that was sent for the failed booking case, and I need to confirm whether it was developed according to the storyboard.
1) I requested that the email be sent in three separate cases based on the hotel’s country information, but it was sent all mixed together.
-> Since one KR hotel and one VN hotel failed, one email should have been sent to the KR SCM team and one to the VN SCM team.
2) since this email should only be sent when a failure occurs, it should not have been sent to the JP SCM team.
3) this email was supposed to be sent at 23:59, but it was sent at 23:57. I’d like to know why.
2. Request for the email sent to the hotel
- I would like to receive the email that was sent to the hotel as well.
- Please forward the billing notification email for the Billing No. below to my email.
- Billing No.: 756020, 756030, 756026, 756033

3. Occurrence Time
this part might have been confusing, but the Occurrence Time I wanted is the time when the system attempted to send the email to the hotel.
Please use the format “YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM.”

2. -> No, the JP email is currently configured correctly.

There are two reasons for this:
At 23:59 and 00:00, many background jobs are running in the system.
The email-sending process usually takes around one minute (depending on the email service).
Therefore, I scheduled it for 23:57.
If you would like, I can update the schedule.
2. Request for the email sent to the hotel
-> The emails that were previously sent to the hotel cannot be forwarded again.
If you would like to receive hotel-bound emails in the future, the code needs to be updated.
Please create a new task in Redmine for this request.
3. Occurrence Time
-> I understand now that you were referring to the time when the system attempted to send the email to the hotel. It seems there was a misunderstanding between both sides.
We will update this in the upcoming deployment.
