Dear Tom,

Please support to check this case.

JP team informed that the hotel considers the total billing amounts for the one case in June and for July as correct.
Since the billing has actually been processed, payments from OMH have also been confirmed.
Nevertheless, the hotel claims it is strange that the billing numbers have been removed.
It seems that the billing was accidentally removed on the hotel side this time.
Is it possible to trace the history and restore the billing numbers?

I checked the booking K25032111540H01 and found the history of issue billing 750886 but when i checked the billing number in Vendor billing, I could not find it. It seem that it has been deleted.
Please support to check who and when it was deleted.

This part can generate a new billing. The status can be restored after creation. Please export for me the bookings that need billing.
Kindly format the Excel file according to the required template
