[VOC] Fail booking not exist on Alice.

Description
857921 - Fleur de Lys Resort & Spa Long Hai
This booking is having fail booking from Ctrip but it does not exist on Alice these days. VNOP would like to check is there any case that the booking will be existed on hotel side or not? And whether this issue come from our side or agent side?
Ex: Booking 1128140880950295 (channel number)

There is an error when the vendor changes the hotel to a new one, causing the booking to fail.
I have fixed data on PROD to booking success.

ALready had new booking from Ctrip Vietnam & display on Alice also.
Waiting to fix & apply this rule for all hotels
