1. Backend – Thêm trạng thái mới

Thêm các trạng thái: Cancelled(Request) và Cancel Confirmed vào hệ thống
Logic xử lý:
- Cancelled(Request) được tạo khi:
Khách hàng nhấn nút "Yêu cầu hủy"
Admin (OP/GBO) nhấn nút [Cancel] trong Booking Detail
- Cancel Confirmed được tạo khi:

Booking thanh toán qua tài khoản ảo
Admin nhấn [Payment Cancel] sau khi có yêu cầu hủy

2. Backend – Gửi thông báo khi tạo Cancel Confirmed

(Tuỳ chọn) Tạo logic gửi thông báo (email hoặc qua Team) khi trạng thái Cancel Confirmed được tạo
Xác định người nhận phù hợp
