Regarding the above reservation, I checked with Neppan's customer support center and was told that it was not even imported into Neppan's system in the first place.
Could you please check with OMH to see if the relevant reservation number was sent correctly to Neppan?

Neppan cannot get this booking due to in hotel contract we set Net Provide to Yes but Notify Rate Type is Gross. Currently Alice does not calculate gross price from net price only calculate net price from gross price.
