Description
According to JP tean, please support to check and advise us about the CMS code of these promotions. New promotions do not have CMS promotion code...

Dear all,
This case come from the default flag derivedYn (ui see with name 'Create Promotion') when new Promotion
The logic of our system follow two condition
- Contract of that RatePlan have Notify/Allotment in the config CMS: (840002-Temairazu, 840003-Sanha, 840007-Neppan, 840008-Hotelstory, 840006-Siteminder, 840009-D-Edge)
- DerivedYn = false -> Mean 'Create Promotion' is No
