[VOC]HIGH: Remove automatically update hotel confirmation number

Description
Currently, if the hotel or OP team does not update Confirm No for booking, Alice is displaying Confirm No. Same as Vendor/CMS Booking Code which is confusing for user to check and confirm the booking with hotel and agents.
Please support to improve it as below:
-If the hotel/ OMH admin have not update Confirm No. yet, please leave it blank. Do not display Vendor/CMS Booking Code as Confirm No.

- Start date set to 06/20/2025
Requirement update John Lee Lee:
-If the hotel/ OMH admin have not update Confirm No. yet, please leave it blank. Do not display Vendor/CMS Booking Code as Confirm No.
==> Applied for all bookings, excepted bookings from 03rd Parties

- Build env. set to Dev
