The hotel said they did not receive the email with the 6 booking/cancellation sheets yesterday.
Could you please let us know if there was any issue and whether it has been resolved?
We would also like to check if there have been any similar cases where other hotels did not receive the emails. Thanks

We are experiencing delivery blocks when sending emails to booking@ebenezerhotel.com.
The same issue is occurring with several other hotels listed in the attached Excel files.
Please check and list the email addresses to use as alternative mailing services for them. (Sendgrid or Mailjet)
