Dear Team,

Recently, we have noticed that when reopening previously closed Traders, it now takes a significantly longer time before we are able to create reservations via “Create New Booking.”

In the past, bookings could be created almost immediately after reopening, but lately there seems to be a noticeable time lag.

For example, this issue can be observed with 169449 – Smile Hotel Mito.

We reopened the Dynamic Trader a few minutes ago; however, the hotel is still not reflected in “Create New Booking.”

Could you please let us know whether this issue can be improved or if there is any way to reduce the delay?
