Please support to check the payment issue on Dotbiz.
Seller: (주)스트리밍하우스 - 300289
According to KR team, Dotbiz becomes unresponsive at the card payment stage when they're to make a booking under a non-refundable policy with this account, and the booking does not go through.
They've confirmed that there are no issues when attempting card payment for other bookings.
I tried to reproduce this issue on PROD by test hotel and test aaount on Dotbiz but could not. An error message displayed when I create the booking as below:(picture)
Cannot check the payment issue. Please check and advise.
