[Cancellation - New/Add/Modify] Only 73 characters displayed in Cancellation Policy list after saving a title longer than 100 characters

Description
Pre-condition:
- Navigate to the Cancellation tab
Steps:
1. Search for a hotel
2. Click New/Add/Modify button
3. Select any Room/Rate Type
4. Enter a Title longer than 100 characters
5. Enter other required fields
6. Click Save
Actual result: Only display 73 characters in Cancellation Policy list
Expected result: Title is limited to 100 characters with “...” if over 100 characters

Expect now: Display the longest possible title and ensure that the title, Application Period and start/end dates are all displayed on a single line. (References can be up to 90 characters long)
