Dear IT team,

According to JP team, the breakfast settings of plans created in the hotel’s CMS (TL), They have recently noticed an increasing number of hotels where the information is reflected as “Others” on Alice.

Previously, the first field was always shown as either “No meal” or “Breakfast Included”. But recently, more and more hotels are being displayed as “Others". Please check and advise.

Additionally, if we manually update the “Others” field on Alice to either “No meal” or “Breakfast Included". Ưould this cause any issues on hotel's side?

As for cut-off and occupancy, our understanding is that even if we change the settings on our end, they will eventually revert back to the hotel’s original settings after some time.
Meanwhile, cancellation policies are applied entirely based on our settings. Could you please confirm if this understanding is correct?
