They rechecked with hotel and got the feedback for this case as below email.

We asked the hotel to recheck, but the situation remains the same.
There is one point we would like you to check in the OMH settings.

We just noticed that the newly created room type “A-A” is shown as CMS-mapped,
however, when checking inside the room mapping section, only the room types previously used for BAR are displayed.


And when we checked the room type details for A-A,
we noticed that the CMS ID was different from the one that should have been linked with BAR.
After re-registering the listed ID in Traders, all room types were successfully displayed in the room mapping section.
However, after performing these actions and asking the hotel to process the CMS and send a test booking, the status still remained as “Pending.”
Could you please advise if there are any other points we should check regarding the room type and plan mapping?
Also, could the issue be related to the fact that, as shown in the image above, the hotel ID inside the room type was automatically generated as a different ID?
