[Bug] Seller Invoice - rate does not reflect correctly and unable to remove bk when rate is 0

Description
Invoice 751490 status is Non-payment
1. Bk was cancelled for free, rate changed to 0 but unable to remove it out if the invoice.
2. All bk belong to invoice have been cancelled for free, rate changed to 0 but B. Sum Amt and Balance of invoice are displaying amount.
