Description

Dear Calvin,

Booking J25091610001H01

VOC created unsold booking but the hotel received this booking on their side via CMS while it should not. JP team request to cancel with notice to hotel and create new unsold without notice to hotel.

After checking, Temai can get this unsold booking as confirmed on TEAM.

Please support to check and fix this issue.
