[PC] Update Vietnamese Text Order & Punctuation

Description
1. Đối với tiếng Việt, cần chỉnh lại thứ tự text → ‘Không nhập -’
2. Đối với tiếng Việt, cần chỉnh lại thứ tự text cho tự nhiên + thêm dấu (.) vào cuối câu.
→ Tiếp tục đặt chỗ của bạn một cách thuận tiện với Đăng nhập bằng mật khẩu hoặc Đăng nhập bằng mã xác thực.
***Tương tự cần check lại với tiếng Trung, Đài, Nhật (tiếng Hàn đã ok)
