[bug] Clear child policy when delete hotel mapping

Description
Currently child policy is not removed when deleting a hotel mapping in Vendor Contract

- Status changed from 신규(New) to 진행(Doing)
- Start date set to 09/15/2025
- Estimated time set to 2.00 h
- Due date set to 09/15/2025
- Status changed from 진행(Doing) to 완료(Done)
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Build env. set to Dev
- Status changed from 완료(Done) to QA test
- Status changed from QA test to 진행(Doing)
Need to check and fix again.
Test case:
trader maping many hotels and booking success
- Status changed from 진행(Doing) to 완료(Done)
- Status changed from 완료(Done) to QA test
- Target version set to v1.0.0
1/ Trader already have 2 hotel in Vendor contract (with different children policy). Make bk test => successfully
BK test: J25100210004H01 (2A, 0C) / J25100210005H01 (2A, 1C under 4 years)
Search Bk: 2A, 1C under 6 years => no infomation to book
2/ Add more 1 hotel in vender contract, set children policy > delete this hotel > add again > children policy is deleted => ok
- Status changed from 완료(Done) to QA test
- Assignee changed from Daniel Do to Tracy Truong
- Build env. changed from Dev to Staging

- 1001259 abc hotel test
- 1001097 TEST HOTEL
=> Create BK: susscessfull - BK test: J25100610003H01
=> Delete mapping of 1001259-abc hotel test & re-add, children policy is deleted => ok
- Build env. changed from Staging to Prod
- Status changed from 완료(Done) to QA test
- Assignee changed from Daniel Do to Tracy Truong
