This function need to be define again becuase current logic does not correct in some special cases. Verifyng with Account team and waiting for their reply.

VNAC team confirmed that this function could not adapt for some special case and unable to have any other solution to optimize it for suitable with our process. Therefore, no need to deploy this function. Please hide it in Dev env and close this case.
