hi Lexi Kim . this is old booking it will be miss commision, you need test new booking and re-check commission.
with case old booking. i will migrate agian commision hana.

Also, in this progress, an issue that was previously fixed has reoccurred.
For bookings such as K25062311524H01, K25062311483, and K25062311501H01, the Billing Sum Amt is 0, so the Commission amount should also be 0.
However, the commission amount is still being displayed. #644

I understand the current situation, and the requests are as follows:

1. Regardless of coupon usage, all Hana Card reservations must be subject to commission.
2. The commission rate is 3.85% of the Billing Sum Amount. (This rate will remain unchanged unless otherwise requested.)
2-1. If a reservation is canceled or refunded and the Billing Sum Amount is modified, the commission value must also be updated accordingly.
3. Please apply the commission value to previously canceled reservations as well.
3-1. The commission rate should be displayed as 3.85%, and the commission value should be calculated and shown accordingly.

Please proceed with executing the update script for the previous reservations.

I tested both cases—with and without coupon usage—and confirmed that the commission was correctly applied.

I tested both coupon-used and non-coupon reservations in PROD, and the commission was correctly applied.

However, for some canceled reservations, the commission amount has not yet been updated. It seems a few were missed. I’m sending you the BK Codes and names—please update the commission amount for these reservations based on the Billing Sum Amt as well.
