Dynamic contract - DV promotion
BK was booked under derived promotion but cancellation amount is based on rateplan. The cancellation amount is incorrected. Please fix.
vendor cancellation policy: always using vendor_net_amount + vendor_tax_amount.
Current, vendor cancellation policy allways using VD_VENDOR_NET_AMOUNT
