Request:
1. TL mentioned that only some hotels support the Push API, not all
2. Apply solution to allow both Push and Pull API work simultaneously.
3. Create a filter list, 1 hotel just work Pull or Push, cannot work in both method.

2025-06-02 - Meeting final soluttion:
- Pull all daily data for hotel new contract and mapping
- Push data from TL-Lincoln just only cover case 10' pull dynamic
- Config some hotels to receive push data from TL-Lincoln
- Deployment new instance for BE to receive push data
