This error occur when we try to click export excel multiple time to avoid performance issue.
You can wait some minutes before making another request. Or you can log out and re-login to export again.

Hi teams, I already checked the issue on prod and its working well with data for excel exporting.
However, user still download the blank excel file when no items matching
We can create task to resolve the issue if necessary.
