[DEV] View Promotion – Display the ‘No disabled promotions’ page when the user copies a promotion that is in Disabled status

Description
Pre-condition:
- Hotel: Tracy's Test Hotel
- Extranet is on View Promotion tab
Steps:
1. Click Disable button
2. Click Detail and click Copy
3. Change Promotion Name
4. Click Save and click Save & Close
5. Click Active button and then click the copy promotion page
6. Click Disable button again
Actual: Show 'No disabled promotions.' page
Expected: Should show data of Disable
