Ellis improvement

Pre-condition:
- Rate plans and cancellation policy are created
- 1 cancellation policy applies 2 Rate Plans
Steps:
1. Navigate to Rate Plans page and search for a hotel (1009265 - Test Cancellation)
2. Double-click 08 item
3. Modify cancellation and unselect 1 rate plan (Quad - 08 - Default: Non refundable: Yes - Option use: Used - Non Refundable: No)
4. Click Save, click Yes and click Confirm
5. Click Save again and click Confirm
6. Double-click 08 item again
Actual: Still select the default 20 option
Expected: The Cancellation 20 option is not selected and displays the 'View other cancellation policies' item
