Ellis improvement

As IT confirmed, title field allowed to input up to 100 characters.
When user input over 100, alert pop up displayed but empty. Please update it & recomfirm litmit characters with plan

1. When creating a new Cancellation Policy, we can input up to 150 characters — this is the default limit in our system.

Please support to confirm this rule with Plan. Can we follow it?
Because on requirement, we don't have any rule for this part.
