Show new Plan name in Plan list in new Cancellation page with checked default
The new cancellation policy for the new Plan is only stored when the new Plan is successfully created.

Create rate plan for hotel that did not cancellation policy => able to create rate plan & cancellation policy at the same time => ok
But after set up cancellation & alert 'Cancellation policy saved. Please save the plan to complete" displayed & click confirm, don't have cancellation policy displayed on rate plan pop up.
Saved rate plan & reopen, cancellation policy is displayed. => Need to make cancellation policy is displayed to users know that they created cancellation policy success & can recheck information again before save also.
