Dear Mr. Dan,
[638314] Hotel Trend Abeno Tennoji
[457653] Hotel Sports Palko
[682144] Hotel Trend Kyobashi Ekimae
[472850] - Hotel Trend Nishi-shinsaibash
Regarding the above-mentioned properties, we have received the following notice from the Temairazu Customer Support team:
“No latest plan information has been transmitted from Ohmyhotel to Temairazu.”
According to them, while the room type information is being regularly updated and received from Ohmyhotel,
there is no record of any new plan information being received.
As a result, the plans that were deleted on Alice are still appearing on Temairazu for these four properties.
Could you please check this situation and, if possible, push the latest plan information from Ohmyhotel to Temairazu?

The contract status of these hotels is pending so the hotel cannot get the plans to map on their side
Please change contract status to Active and ask hotel to map plan
