Dear Team,

The hotel contacted JP team with an issue where, when trying to link a rate plan to a specific room type(303 - 10 Person Use Non Smoking ), the option appears grayed out and cannot be selected.

They reached out to Neppan for clarification, and received the following response:

The option appears grayed out when the site is not in a state where rates can be adjusted.

This may also happen if the system is unable to retrieve rate information from the site.

However, this issue only occurs with Room 303 - 10 Person Use Non Smoking — other rooms under the same room type seem to be working normally.

From what JP team can see, there doesn’t appear to be any difference in the settings between Room 303 and the other rooms.

Could you please check if there’s anything JP team need to do on their side, or if there’s anything unusual on the system side?
