Ellis improvement

When multiple filter controls are placed in a single row, they become compressed, especially on laptop screens. Optimal usage is achieved when limiting to 4 filter controls per row.

Please move the SEQ, Name, and Exclude Expired buttons down to make the contents of the search box into 2 lines.
If you need a design, please let me know. I'll request the design.
