1. The Price exchange to KRW follow the booking time or current time report ?
2. Have any condition between booking Confirmed and Cancelled for sum Amount Coupon use ?

1. The Price exchange to KRW follow the booking time or current time report ?
=> current time.

2. Have any condition between booking Confirmed and Cancelled for sum Amount Coupon use ?
=> The Coupon Value for refunded reservations is 0. On the Monthly Statistics page, only values with the Coupon value are displayed.

The Amount Coupon use at booking time will difference current time base on the exchange rate between every currency
So, the monthly coupon amount use we get on the last month will gonna be difference today when we check by action get list or export excel
Vietnamese: Nếu lấy theo tỷ giá hiện tại thì số tiền Coupon xem tại thời điểm cùng ngày vào tháng trước với hiện tại sẽ khác nhau

About the first answer
The Amount Coupon use at booking time will difference current time base on the exchange rate between every currency

Example: at 2025-07-20 I check the sum value of January 2025 it's 200,000 KRW
at 2025-08-20 I check the sum value of January 2025 it's 210,000 KRW
=> that's difference 10,000 KRW because we summaries by current time Exchange, not the booking time exchange
So, that why I make confirm again to you

We will decide to apply the exchange rate and display it based on the payment time of each booking time.
