Case 1. When Coupon Used
Case 2. When Booking Canceled(Refunded)

Quy tắc hiển thị khi sử dụng coupon
1. Khi sử dụng coupon
→ Được xem là giảm giá → thêm dấu "-" phía trước số tiền coupon

2. Khi hủy (refund) sau khi đã dùng coupon (dù là B2C hay Admin)
→ Bắt buộc hiển thị số tiền gánh coupon và tổng coupon
→ Không dùng dấu "-", và hiển thị số này bằng màu đỏ (red)

1. Có apply Quy tắc hiển thị khi sử dụng coupon cho màn hình Booking detail > Selling Rate

2. Trường hợp booking cancel không phải refunded thì Quy tắc hiển thị như thế nào?
3. Có thêm dấu "-" phía trước nếu số tiền coupon = 0 không?

1. The answer to that question is already on page 1 of the storyboard. The coupon display rules must also be applied to the Selling Rate screen . Please check the Storyboard again, and let met know if you have any questions.
2, 3. I was informed that these were already discussed and finalized with Tate and Ziniy on July 8.

Dear Dante Le,
I tested this in the dev environment and found an issue that needs to be fixed.

All items displayed in Coupon Statistics must be from bookings where a coupon was used. Bookings without a coupon should not appear in the Statistics menu. However, K25070910008H01 did not use a coupon but is still being shown in Coupon Statistics. This needs to be corrected.

I’ll test the other requirements in STG.
