As requirement (slide 14, 15) Search & Reset button display when at least 1 filter is selected only
As is: Search & Reset button always show
=> please fix it as requirement

*Note: when user stay on Active tab - use filter & click seacrh, promotions that match with selected filter show on list. After that, unselect all filter, search & reset button is hidden so user need to click again on Active tab to reload page (as attached video)
