[DEV] Min - Max Nights input field issue

Description
Issue happen on Min Max night option on Min & Max Nights/ Dynamic PKG
Case 1: Min night > Max night
Acc: tracytestomh@gamil.com / PW 1234@Abcd
Hotel: 1009244 - Tracy's Test Hotel
Promotion: Min 5 & Max 4 Nights
Test step: Fill all required field > Set up Min night > Max night (Min 5 nights / Max 4 nights) > click save
Expected : Alert error & not allowed to save
Actual : Save success & when click to view detail, type of promotion auto change to Early Bird + Min Nights ( 0 days in Advance & 0 Min night)
Case 2: Min & Max night is blank
Acc: tracytestomh@gamil.com / PW 1234@Abcd
Hotel: 1009244 - Tracy's Test Hotel
Promotion: Dynamic PKG - emtpy
Test step: Fill all required field > Min & Max night is blank > click save button
Expected : Alert error & not allowed to save
Actual : Save success
