Requirement: USD, the amount rounded to 2 decimal
Test: Used couopn off 10%, max discount is 15 USD
Product amount: 107.5 USD
=> coupon usage amount need to be counted to 10.75 USD
BUT currently, count 10 USD only
Please fix for both PC/MO

Retested, payment on B2C displayed ok but can not make Bk test due to there is no card to test USD.
Please recheck code to ensure rouding on ADMIN/B2C payment is consistent
