1. FAQ buttion is deleted
2. 1:1 Inquiry moved to the left
3. Coupon button is added
4. When clicked, move to the ‘My Coupon’ page.
5. When clicked in the logout state, it goes to the login/sign-up screen.
=> Tested on Moweb DEV, ok
