Create a new promotion list
1. Title: Create a new promotion, Early Bird, Min & Max Nights,... should show color: #000000
2. The 'X' and '▼' icons should be aligned
3. Early Bird and Last Minute: change the icon according to the design
4. Should show 'Create new' instead of 'Create New'
New Promotion popup
5. Select connection method section: Contract types not loading promptly => It should be displayed immediately
6. Room types and rate plans:
- Background of Rate plan: #F5F5F5
7. Show All button: font-weight: 500; border: #DCDCDC
8. Remove 'dot', should show 0 rate plan at the left and delete the text 'No rate plans selected' according to the design
9. Delete button: font-weight: 500; border: #DCDCDC
10. Change dropdown/arrow icon according to the design
